With a strong foundation in the biological sciences, students develop a deep understanding of living systems鈥攆rom the molecular and cellular level to ecosystems and human health鈥攚hile gaining the practical skills needed for professional success.
Undergraduate students in Biology, Health Sciences, and Environmental Science & Policy study alongside dedicated faculty in teaching laboratories and across the University鈥檚 1,200-acre living laboratory on the Rindge campus. Experiential learning is a hallmark of the College. Faculty-mentored research, internships, and collaborative projects allow students to apply biological and scientific principles to real-world challenges. These experiences prepare graduates for advanced study in physical therapy, physician assistant studies, medicine, nursing, public health, environmental science, and other professional fields.
