The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership develops skills for positions of influence in your current workplace and community environment. Designed for working professionals, course work will present concepts in practical and quantitative terms, so that you can apply them immediately. Examine best business practices, while developing skills in leadership, communication, human resources, finance, marketing, operations management, and addressing legal and ethical issues. Combine online learning with part or full- time study, and four academic terms, to create a flexible and personalized schedule. You may also be eligible for grants, loans, and scholarships in the form of financial aid. Franklin 51福利社 offers small classes for in-depth, personalized learning in a program that is accredited by the International Accreditation Council of Business Education (IACBE). Graduates of this program assume top - level management positions with a developed skill set in collaboration, strategic thinking, and critical analysis.

This includes 7 core courses and 3 specialized courses in your concentration.

Graduate Certificates
Graduate Certificates programs designed for working professionals. Through the completion of five graduate courses, students will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and advance organizations. The graduate certificate consists of 5 courses and awards a total of 15 credits. Certificates can be completed in as little as 9 months; normal time to completion is 12 - 15 months.
Graduate Certificate Curriculum
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is designed for working professionals. Through the completion of five graduate courses, students will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and advance organizations. The graduate certificate consists of 5 courses and awards a total of 15 credits.
Certificate Requirements
You may also choose to develop content-level expertise in Certificate in Leadership program. This online course of study can advance professional development, even if you are not currently seeking a complete graduate degree program. If you choose to pursue the Master of Business Administration at a later date, all certificate-level coursework will be credited towards completion of that degree.

Course Reqirements
- GM510 Seminar In Leadership: This course examines effective approaches to leadership. This includes examination
of leadership models, problem solving, ethics, strategic styles of interaction, decision-making
techniques and effective strategies for implementing goals. Students may not transfer
a course in substitution for Seminar in Leadership.
- GM520 Legal & Ethical Issues in Organizations: This course examines legal and ethical dimensions of decision making and impact on
corporate and public policy. It places emphasis on exerting effective leadership as
related to ethical behavior. This course examines contract and agency law, property,
business organization and fair pricing are examined from a legal and ethical perspective
in business.
- GM535 Managerial Communication: The purpose of this course is to develop the ability to communicate effectively as
managers. The course uses communication theories, techniques and strategies to present
a functional communication model. Topics include communication strategy and analysis;
managerial presentation skills; managerial writing; and corporate communication.
- GM540 Organization Behavior: This course is about the human side of the organization. Students will analyze organizations
using the "four-frame approach": structure, people, power/politics, and perception.
This includes methods of evaluation, change, and development influencing behavior
through motivation, short-term/long-term behavioral factors, and satisfaction through
job design.
- GM563 Human Resource Management: This course deals with the real world objectives, actions and practices involved in human resource management, using an analytical and systematic approach. It describes relevant theories and research about human behavior and presents leading-edge practices that illustrate how human resource management can achieve both efficiency and equity in the employment relationship.
