Through the courses in the mathematical modeling minor, you will develop the recognition that mathematics is a process, not a black box that merely presents the 鈥渃orrect鈥� answer; You will also gain skills for exploring and understanding various mathematical models from a variety of academic fields, logical thinking skills, the appropriate uses of technology, and the ability to share your work with the appropriate audience, both orally and in print.
