STUDENT MOVE-IN DETAILS
Dear Ravens,
Welcome to 51¸£ÀûÉç – Your Raven Nation! This is your reminder to complete all required steps before moving in. All steps that must be completed BEFORE you may move-in. Be sure to complete all checklist items to avoid any delays on move-in day (e.g. health forms, trainings, housing application, etc.)
Below is a checklist of important steps and information on optional services like MicroChill and laundry plans for you to explore. We’ve also included some ways to stay in touch with us on social media!
Required Steps & Deadlines - By January 2 – Priority Housing Deadline: Complete your housing application here.
- Students who apply by January 2, 2026 will receive assignments by January 9!

- Move In & Orientation will be on January 20 - see the schedule below!
Accessibility & Housing Accommodations

E&R Laundry Plan – Save Time, Skip the Hassle: All residence halls have free washers & dryers, but if you want to save time, you can opt into the E&R Laundry Plan for professional weekly wash–dry–fold service delivered to your room.

Raven Nation App
We use the Raven Nation app as one-stop-shopping for all events, clubs, social media and navigation of both the campus and our services.  Download it to be informed of upcoming events, meet new peers and communicate questions to the Raven Nation community.  Find the app under "Raven Nation" on both the app store and google play. Welcome to campus for the spring semester! Upon arrival, new students should stop by the main Residential Life Office, located on the ground floor of New Hampshire Hall, to pick up their room keys and receive important move-in information. Our staff will be on hand to guide you to your new room, help you get settled, and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
During move-in, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet your Resident Assistants (RAs) and Residence Director, who are excited to welcome you into our inclusive and vibrant residential community. We’re here to answer questions, offer assistance, and help make your transition to campus smooth and successful.

Areas to be toured include: Marcucella Hall, Petrocelli Hall, and Monadnock Hall (School of Business), Information Technology, Northfields Activity Center (The Bubble), Health Services and Counseling Offices.
Students will also be able to connect with professional staff in their respective office spaces.
