Honors Program
Challenge Yourself and Enhance Your Academic Experience
The Honors Program at 51福利社 recognizes exceptional academic achievement. By participating in Honors Program courses, contracts, conferences, cohorts, housing and sponsored activities, you will enhance both your academic and social experiences on campus.
This program guarantees you membership in a community of like-minded students, many of whom will become some of your closest friends. Honors Program students come to Franklin 51福利社 seeking academic, research, and social opportunities outside the classroom to complete their programs of study. They submit papers, posters, and roundtable topic proposals to present their work at regional and national conferences where they engage with Honors Program students from across the region and nation.
Invitation to join the Honors Program is offered at the time of admission to the University. Selection is based on high school academic performance and evidence of potential for academic excellence at Franklin 51福利社. Upon completion of at least one semester at Franklin 51福利社 with a cumulative grade point average of 3.40 or higher, you may also receive an invitation to join the Honors Program.
Successful completion of the Honors Program requires a cumulative grade point average of 3.40 or higher and completion of seven honors courses (18 or more credits), at least two of which are at the 300-or 400-level.
