Counseling Services
Mission Statement
Our mission is to cultivate a supportive and nonjudgmental space where every student feels seen, valued, and connected. We believe that mental health is an essential part of the college experience and are committed to reducing the stigma surrounding seeking support and care. Through the work of qualified mental health professionals, we provide responsive services including individual counseling, group support, psychoeducational programming, and a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each student's unique needs. We support students as they navigate anxiety, depression, the transition to college life, and other personal challenges. Our aim is to provide students with skills and insights that extend well beyond their college years, supporting their well-being and success throughout life.
