• Our on-campus BS program for first-time college students鈥攐ffers tracks in traditional Public Accounting or Forensic Accounting
• Our accelerated business programs that allow you to complete an on-campus BS in just three years or combine a BS and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in just four years
• We also offer a Minor in Finance for on-campus undergraduates in other business majors
•  At the graduate level, the Master of Business Administration with an Accounting concentration is offered 100% online

What Do Students in Accounting Learn?

As an Accounting major, you鈥檒l learn core accounting concepts and master quantitative tools for making good business decisions. You鈥檒l make connections in the business world right away through classes, internships, and projects, and be prepared to get your Master of Business Administration (MBA).

 

On-Campus Bachelor of Science in Accounting

Our on-campus BS program lets you choose from traditional Public Accounting or Forensic Accounting tracks. You鈥檒l learn business and economic principles; communication, ethics, problem-solving; and track-specific skills you can use right away.

 

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Accounting Track

The MBA in Accounting track is designed for individuals who wish to advance their knowledge of accounting and to take leadership roles such as the Accounting and Finance departments of organizations. Students enrolling in this track will develop a master鈥檚 level understanding of Financial Analysis and ethical issues in the accounting profession. The track also serves as a springboard for students contemplating preparing for their CPA, CMA, or CFA certifications.

This degree consists of 10 courses and 30 credits. Course work involves the study of advanced Finance and Accounting topics and is an ideal graduate program for students who have completed their BA degrees with majors or minors in Accounting. MBA programs can be completed in as little as 12 months.

Graduate Certificate

Graduate Certificates programs designed for working professionals. Through the completion of five graduate courses, students will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and advance organizations. The graduate certificate consists of 5 courses and awards a total of 15 credits. Certificates can be completed in as little as 6 months. Average time to completion is 7 - 8 months.
